By the Sea

Daylight has ended as darkness descends like a soft veil.
Hand in hand we walk on the beach all alone.
The moon high above guides us from afar.
We feel where our hearts need to go.
A gentle hug, a soft kiss or two,
A whisper of  “I Love You”.
We stop in a place that goes unseen.
For our eyes say love and they say desire.
In the dark we feel the passion of that burning flame.
Naked together, we hug and we kiss.
Our bodies touching feels like tongues of fire.
No one could describe a moment like this.
Our hearts and souls are now one.
We make love to the sound of the waves.
No one else can see or hear.
Two bodies joined, in a passion enflamed.
The moon watches in awe of our lust.
Time has no limits; it’s only us now.
Wet bodies in the sea, great lovers on the sand.
We know we are perfect, but we don’t take a bow.
We know there is no better.
When we are done, the waves know our contentment.
But our love can not be washed away.
We lay still joined, extending the moment.
This is how we are meant to be.
The moon guides us back in its soft, dim light.
We smell of sweat and sex.
All the world knows our love is forever.
It waits to see what happens next.
We have felt the passion, and it was so good.
In our shower we remove the salt and the sand,
And the sweet smell of our lust.
And I see you now as the perfect woman,
The water bends lovingly over your breasts.
God, I want to please you even more.
Again we hug and our bodies feel the flame,
Of the desire quenched but not spent.
You touch my body and I call your name.
There is so much love left to give.
For a second time we join as one.
It’s just like our very first.
Too soon again, we are done.
It’s off to the bed for a long rest.
Like one we sleep, still holding and touching.
No one can separate our souls.
We rest our bodies and souls as a pair.
Life can’t be any better than this
